How many shipments are there per year?
There are four shipments per year (February, April, September, and November).
When will my first Wine-By-Cougars order ship?
Depending on the inventory of the prior shipment, your first order will typically ship within 7-10 business days.
Do I have to renew my Wine-By-Cougars subscription every year?
No, your Wine-By-Cougars subscription will continue indefinitely until you request to cancel it.
How do I cancel my Wine-By-Cougars subscription?
Please email customerservice@vinoshipper.com if you wish to cancel.
Do I need to be a WSUAA member to join Wine-By-Cougars?
Yes, Wine-By-Cougars is a WSUAA member benefit. Not a member? You can join at alumni.wsu.edu/join.
Wine-By-Cougars Gift Membership FAQ
Can I gift a Wine-By-Cougars membership to someone?
Yes, we offer a gifting option on the registration form.
When will the first Wine-By-Cougars gift order ship?
Depending on the inventory of the prior shipment, the first order will typically ship within 7-10 business days.
How does a Wine-By-Cougars gift membership work?
The gift purchaser can follow the steps on the registration form above to start the process. First, select the club you wish to gift. Next, select “this is a gift” before clicking next to enter the gift recipient information. Then, enter payment information followed by your information.
NOTE: Only the purchaser will receive a welcome email upon joining. Before each shipment release, the purchaser will receive an email to let them know they can update any information (shipping or billing address, credit card information, etc.) Once the order ships, the gift recipient will receive an email confirming that the order has been processed and is on its way. The recipient will then receive shipping notifications for that order.
